Nursing Voice is now being published by Arthur L.
Davis Publishing Agency effective August 2006. The Nursing
Voice will be distributed to every licensed nurse in the state.

Report: The
California Institute for Nursing & Health Care has released
the CA RN Regional Workforce Report Card describing the acuteness
of the nurse
shortage. The report found that California's average of RN
jobs per capita is only 622, which is 165 less RN jobs than
the national average of 787. The state is forecasted to meet
only 45% of California's demand for RNs by 2020. A summary
