The Advocacy Institute Fellowship is a one-year program that helps nurses build practical advocacy skills and turn real-world insights into action. Fellows learn how to ask the right questions, connect with the right people, and work with leaders in and outside of nursing to tackle systemic issues that affect the nursing workforce, healthcare, and public health.
The program is designed to help Fellows translate evidence into clear recommendations and support the work needed to move those recommendations forward.
