Trang Dinh- Noonan has her MSN, and RN in leadership in health care systems and is the founder and
creator of Pulsabilities, Inc. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has 3 incredible children. Fitness has always been a part of her life. She grew up running cross country, track, and playing basketball. In 2018, she created a Health and Wellness Program to inspire herself, family, friends, and colleagues to improve and develop healthy habits. Through the birth of Pulsabilities, Inc., her co-founders and herself have created a program that is sustainable, replicable, competitive, but most of all fun where anyone on the health continuum can receive support and find success.
Paige Sinclair is an experienced nursing leader who utilizes lean Six Sigma project management methodologies to drive performance improvement, patient safety, and nursing excellence. She is a former Division One track athlete and certified health coach, which continues to fuel her passion for fitness, wellness, and mental health. She strives to intersect these passions and skills as co-founder of Pulsabilities, Inc., to foster innovation, improve outcomes, and close equity gaps.
Caitlynn Jesse has been a registered nurse since 2015. She has a master of science in nursing leadership and she loves helping others as well as her colleagues be the best versions of themselves. Her own personal health journey started along with the inaugural health and wellness program, and it has motivated her in more ways than just improving her own health. She has been part of the Pulsabilities team from the beginning as a participant and then as a founding member of our business. This venture started at a grassroots level to help employees engage in a fun competition and create healthy habits. What she loves about this program is that you can join regardless of your current health status and hopefully get motivated to make some sustainable, positive wellness habits. This comes with a variety of support from our team and others.
