Wendy Morgan, President, and Founder, BA-

Wendy is an entrepreneur, published author, and international speaker with a passion for using technology to solve the world's most pressing social issues. She is a lifelong educator and diversity, equity, and inclusion expert, driven by a passion for seeing equity and inclusion become foundational values for her community and society. She has over 25 years of experience in teaching, training, and designing innovative online education platforms. As a recipient of 5 grants, including one from the National Science Foundation, she has been able to expand her work in promoting equity and inclusion internationally.

Maggie Hubbell, CEO, and Co-founder, BA-

Maggie Hubbell is an experienced entrepreneur and executive leader with a passion for scaling and growing mission-driven startups. Maggie ran 3 successful technology startups and as CEO led her Software as a Service company to a successful strategic acquisition. Maggie’s career and social activism has focused on using technology and the power of community to create meaningful change and opportunity. As CEO and Co-Founder of Shift, she is leveraging immersive technology to build a professional development platform that truly empowers nurses and gives them the training they deserve.
