Privacy: I understand all my data and information collected as part of this case study will be 'anonymized' and collectivized. 'Anonymization of data' involves the removal of information that could be used to identify individuals, including names, email addresses, and other sensitive information. 'Collectivized' reporting is data organized to protect against the identification of private ownership or involvement.*

Ownership: I understand all data and insights generated from this case study are the exclusive property of ANA\California. They may not be distributed, shared, or repurposed without prior, written consent from ANA\California.*

Benchmark Report: I understand at the end of the survey period, ANA\California will author a benchmark report based on the data collected. ANA\California may identify the institutions who participated in the case study; however, no school-level or individual-level data or analyses will be shared. Data will be aggregated across all participating nursing schools to provide a collective picture of anti-racism efforts across California.*
