1. By the end of the webinar, nurses will be able to define one effective time management technique to prioritize tasks and demonstrate improved time efficiency in their work-life balance.

At the end of the session, nurses will be able to describe their personal and professional priorities by completing a values and priorities exercise, demonstrating the ability to align their actions with their identified core values. 3. Upon completion of the webinar, nurses will be able to set and maintain two clear boundaries between work and personal life, as evidenced by a documented plan to prevent work-related activities from encroaching on their personal time.
Meet the Host:
ANA\C Mental Health in Nursing Fellow: Tracy Holder, RYT-200, RN, BSN, NBC-HWC, CCFP
Tracy, a 17-year bedside nurse and a board-certified Health and Wellness Coach, frequently integrates her training from Dr. Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. Tracy led several mindfulness practices during Nurse's Week to Stanford nurses, including at the start of the pandemic, incorporating her practices for "Compassion Fatigue for Professionals" certification. Tracy also loves being a yoga instructor specializing in restorative yoga and meditation. Tracy’s mission is to guide fellow nurses to find relief from burnout and to design strategies that allow life to unfold without sacrificing health, mental wellness and vitality.
