By engaging with CNOs and HR managers, we uncovered the barriers to mental health service engagement, motivating us to advocate for a culture that prioritizes nurses’ mental well-being. The Mental Health Matchmaker is an early step toward identifying trends in the nursing profession and understanding impact of nurses' mental health on health outcomes.
