Over the past year, we've collected, categorized, and analyzed a variety of tools, resources, and research to give bedside nurses and nurse management clarity on what will be the best fit for them and their organization.

AB 562 (Low): Frontline COVID-19 Provider Mental Health Resiliency Act of 2021


The COVID-19 pandemic has pushed nurses to their limits. Long hours of prolonged stress, anxiety, and depression are leading to lasting consequences for our front-line professionals.

This bill would require a mental health resiliency program to provide mental health services to licensed health care providers (.e.g nurses) who provide or have provided healthcare services to COVID-19 patients.

During their one-year commitment, Fellows will leverage ANA\California's network of coalitions, partners, media, and political contacts to engage new opportunities for creating sustainable change in nursing.
