Over the past year, we've collected, categorized, and analyzed a variety of tools, resources, and research to give bedside nurses and nurse management clarity on what will be the best fit for them and their organization.

MEET THE FELLOWS

During their one-year commitment, Fellows will leverage ANA\California's network of coalitions, partners, media, and political contacts to engage new opportunities for creating sustainable change in nursing.

Carolyn Dueñas MBA, RN, RNC-OB, is our 2023 Fellow focused on advancing policy changes related to mental health in nursing. In April 2023, a new Fellow will start.
